Owners Amy and Jim created Beau River with that spirit of adventure in mind, naming the business after their beloved dogs, Beau and River. More than namesakes, Beau and River represent the curiosity, joy, and courage behind the brand—serving as friendly guides who encourage every guest to embrace the journey and discover what may be waiting around the next bend.

Grandma’s House in Victoria, Texas, is the first chapter of that journey. Inspired by the warmth, generosity, and sense of belonging found in Grandma’s home, it was thoughtfully created as a place where guests can slow down, reconnect, and feel cared for while making memories of their own.

But the Beau River story is only beginning. Amy and Jim hope to bring the same warmth and adventurous spirit to more rental homes in new locations, giving travelers welcoming places to rest between experiences.
